Stuart Jones SGM 250GP

2T fans are always pining  for the latest stuff-  "if only they hadn't stopped developing the TZ way back when.. (sobbing uncontrollably..) you four stroke guys would pay!!"

Seems like we keep trying to take this old, old RG motor and stuff it into modern chassis.  And you know, considering how ancient our engines are we're not doing too badly. These bikes can still pack a wicked punch.  But, when you're working with a 30 year old engine, there are a lot of compromises.

Some sample images of this project in viewer below:

Well...  Stuart Jones took matters into his own hands.

He got the latest-spec, tandem, 250cc disc-valve nuclear powerplant from SGM.  Then he had a racing chassis built to hold it, with late model TZ geometry.   Check out his page, SJM.
